This river house was the best gift my family gave me to celebrate my 50th birthday . It was so relaxing and we even saw manatees in the river while we were sitting at our porch and deck . Ada did a great job ensuring we had everything we needed. The house feels cozy and has a “cabin” feeling that allows you to connect to nature in a special way . It was clean and stocked with many supplies. Woke up to hear the birds and the water running through the river . Loved the fact that it came with kayaks so we could just hop in and out whenever we pleased without having to bring our own kayak or rent one. She responded to my texts and calls promptly too. Highly recommend !

I will start by saying that Ada is my friend and I chose her to sell my home , in the past I hired a friend when I was looking for this home and I might say she did less as possible foe the sale . I chose Ada because being around her I witnessed first hand how she was consistent from client to client with her professionalism , diligence, and and not worrying about her top dollar but your top dollar. She goes above and beyond her duties for customer service. She does not disappoint friend or no friend she is the same with her work ethic. You won’t be disappointed, highly recommended.

Realtor Ada Provenzano was top notch and helped me through the bittersweet process of selling our home of 35+ years. She offered invaluable advice and tips to get the house ready to sell.
