Adalia helped to facilitate the purchase of a new home along with the selling of our old home at the same time. It was a PROCESS to say the least. We were fortunate to have Adalia there for us to get us through the hiccups, expected and unexpected.

Not only was she able to navigate us through the process, she did it with a confidence that made us feel comfortable even when there were issues. Her communication was top notch, and when something came up, she was quick to let us know, as if we were first priority. Adalia Sosanya from Chamberlain Realty was truly exceptional. We found her online while searching for an agent based in the Oklahoma City, OK area. My wife Carol and I were impressed with her level of knowledge and the amount of data that she had about the OKC market. As a US Army veteran, I’m so thankful my wife and I had the pleasure of having Adalia Sosanya as our Realtor.

We were in Oregon and searching for a home in the Oklahoma City metro area. We made more than four trips over several months to view homes. On each trip Adalia showed us approximately 4 to 5 homes. Adalia was ALWAYS available for home tours. Her responsiveness was incredible. If she didn’t pick up when we called her, she always called back no longer than 15 minutes later to address our questions or concerns.

We eventually decided to go with a new construction for our dream home. Adalia Sosanya provided an incredible amount of information gathering about the process, status of city and county inspections, and reviewing all the standard and non-standard documents that you get when you are buying new construction. Her delivery of the information was straightforward: she presented the pros/cons/strategy for moving forward.

We had several issues with the home builder, starting with the fact that the home was built on a different lot than we originally selected. Also several addons that we requested for the build were not being added, even though we had already purchased them and they were in the contract. She treated the situation as if she purchasing the property. There were a couple of times we thought about backing out of the purchase, but after conferring with Adalia and her working diligently to resolve any issues with the builder. We closed on the house and are now new home owners!

We felt that she was always honest, direct and had our best interests in mind. Again she was available to us even on weekends. Adalia’s promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, kindness, positive energy made a potentially chaotic purchase process simple. If you are in the market for a home don’t hesitate to contact Adalia Sosanya! We will be recommending her to our friends and family when they are ready to purchase a home.

Of course this market is no joke but she never thought twice about it not working out for us. She said we will get you exactly what you need and she presented us with just that. Adalia was the best! I had a very specific idea of what I wanted and she found it for me in THIS market and during a pandemic! For the past 4 years, we have been burnt several times with realtors from renowned agencies and have been turning every rock in OKC to find a genuine, down-to-earth realtor for purchasing our first investment property and we finally found her right in our backyard (few streets from our home). She checked all our boxes for the title of the best realtor in OKC. I would recommend her for buying or selling of your home or even hunting down the best deal for your next investment property. She completely understood an unexpected financial hiccup we ran into and in turn gave us valuable advice; no matter how many downturns we had with the whole buying process, she gave us her time, patience, wisdom and utmost respect and never failed to be there for us from dealing with the small things to the big things. She knows the ins and outs of all parts of Oklahoma and she always has the customer in mind and she truly restored our faith in fully trusting a realtor again. I really also admired her own financial goals of being able to make your money work for you as she really knows how to work with the numbers to maximize the cashflow for you whether you are in the buying or in the selling end of the deal. Adalia always went above and beyond to be the best agent we know of. She has just brought such positive values in our first transaction, we really look forward to continuing our future businesses with her :)
