Adam Bellendier

Adam has extensive knowledge of the market in the Quad Cities and surrounding areas. His focus is getting house sellers and home buyers the most value in their real estate transactions. Adam grew up in Davenport and is a North Scott graduate. Adam studied at the University of Iowa, Iowa State University, and graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic. After owning, operating, and managing several healthcare facilities in Washington, Alaska, and Vermont, Adam returned home to the Quad Cities to help develop and operate his family’s home remodeling/rehab company. Adam and his partner Heather, love spending time with their families and are always working on home projects and house remodels in Iowa and Illinois. He loves the outdoors, is an avid golfer and is a proud Eagle Scout from Long Grove, IA. Adam has been involved in the home construction industry and the Quad Cities real estate community since 2019.
