We started working with Adam over 10 years ago in our efforts to buy a beach home. Even though we repeatedly delayed our purchase, Adam remained patient and consistently sent us listings, met with us when we wanted to look at a house, and was always ready to answer questions. This year, we finally took the plunge, and Adam worked with us at every step. He had incredible knowledge of the Ocean City market and knew all right questions to ask. Adam helped me buy a place 5 years ago and sell it last month. On the buy side, he showed me every listing I asked about and gave me good advice. On the sell side, he made sure all documents were handled in a timely manner and made the condo look great for listing photos. He relayed offers quickly and again gave me good advice. Having bought and sold a few houses over the years, I can easily say that my experience with Adam D'Annunzio and his team exceeded all our expectations. Initially providing us the data to market our house even though we still had summer renters, worked to our advantage.
The pictures his photographer took put the house in the best possible position to attract potential buyers. I was in the market to sell my vacation home. I met with multiple realtors that I found on the internet. They all came highly recommended.

Only one really listened to me and understood that while it was a much-loved home, it was very old and needed lots of TLC. Adam D’Annunzio and his team were amazing to work with! Throughout the selling process, from our initial meeting to final closing, Adam listened. He developed a selling strategy that brought in lots of potential buyers looking for a “fixer upper” that resulted in multiple offers.

Set an appointment to talk the following morning, an by the afternoon he had done his research, met, and had a listing price and appointment for professional photographer. Adam D’Annunzio helped us find our vacation/investment home in Ocean City. We began our search in January of 2020 as the news of Covid-19 began to surface in China. Adam understood what we were looking for and filtered properties our way. He was always on site prior to our arrival to tour a home. He provided a great deal of insight into important aspects of location in Ocean City. We quickly became educated on water tables, bayside versus ocean side, top floor versus bottom floor condos and proximity to certain businesses. He was always very honest and responsive to all our inquiries. He also provided insight with rental income from his past experiences during the economic downturn in 2008 since we were concerned with how Covid-19 could affect rental income. Adam was also quick to respond to every issue that came up during the purchase process from items on the listing that were subsequently removed by the seller to finding us a different mortgage company when our initial mortgage company turned off Jumbo mortgages in the 11th hour and lastly when the appraisal came in slightly under the purchase price. All but one issue that arose during the purchase process were a direct result of Covid-19 yet Adam consistently rose to the occasion to quickly resolve each one. Even after settlement Adam has quickly responded to a few questions we had. We are very happy with our purchase and we were very happy with having Adam as our real estate agent. We highly recommend Adam and we hope Adam will be available to us when we are ready to sell.

Adam was our realtor for the purchase of our vacation home in Ocean City, NJ. While this was our third home purchase we were brand new to the beach home market. We found Adam on-line and he immediately became our realtor due to his responsiveness and knowledge of the specific market in Ocean City. We live several hours away with two little boys so we had very limited time to view homes. Adam’s excellent listening skills and knowledge of the market saved us countless hours as he knew very clearly what we would be interested in. He went above and beyond time and time again including taking us on a video tour of the home that would ultimately become ours as we couldn’t make it down to see it. We were comfortable enough with Adam that we placed an offer sight un-seen and then used the 3 day attorney review period to be sure that this was the home for us! Our offer was accepted due to Adam’s quick response and use of electronic signature as there was another offer and the fastest one to respond to the seller’s counter offer got the house!! His recommendations for local resources were also invaluable from the mortgage and title company, carpet and screen repair to simple hints like sign up for Comcast in person locally (so easy, and yes it was Comcast!). He has been an outstanding resource. Adam is honest, trustworthy and someone that is a truly a pleasure to work with. I can’t recommend him enough! You will not be disappointed!!
