Adam went above and beyond to ensure I was going to be happy with the purchase of the house. He was always on call to take me to see houses. Once he figured out what I was looking for he suggested numerous houses to go see.

Once I sorted of settle on a place, he wanted to make sure it was the right fit. He went over the inspection and point out issues that might be problems. He helped renegotiate the price to cover those issues.

Adam made the whole process easy and stress free. Having never purchased a house before that was a tremendous help to me. He helped me before the purchase, during the purchase (the walkthrough and paper signing) and after the purchase to ensure I was happy.

From the beginning, he stayed in contact before our move out-of-state to see how he could help and provided helpful insight on how to best make some upgrades before listing. Once those were done, he and his team worked quickly to take high quality photos and create the best listing. Adam was hands-down the best real estate agent to work with. He was patient and kept in touch with me for over nine months, checking in to see where I was at in my home-buying readiness process. When the time was right, he went above and beyond to taylor a list of available homes in my price range and actively listened to what I wanted in a home and location. He found the perfect home for me and stuck by me every step of the way, and even helped me transport and unload items on my closing day. He even helped facilitate my landscaping and AC purchase/installation (to be done after closing), which he did not have to do. I would highly recommend Adam! Adam was INCREDIBLE. Not only was he super knowledgeable about every step of the process, he really went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and understood everything we were getting into. As first time home buyers we did not know what to expect AT ALL, and Adam made it extremely easy for us through the home search, negotiating with sellers, setting up inspections, and finally closing!! Many of our friends and family checked in on our stress level throughout the process but each time we were able to report back that we were actually feeling calm and confident because we were in such great supportive hands with Adam. He really knows what he’s talking about, and was extremely quick answering any question we had, no matter how small. He truly helped us like I imagine he would have his own family. We cannot recommend Adam enough, and will absolutely be using him for any buying/selling house needs we have in the future.

My wife and I spent over 1.5 years working with Adam in a crazy Denver real estate market and we were lucky to have him at our side guiding us through it all. He was patient, professional, and knowledgeable throughout every step.

I cannot thank Adam enough for making this entire home buying process easy breezy for me! This process was entirely new to me and Adam has provided me guidance and advice at every step. He has helped a lot in curating the list of homes matching my needs as my needs kept changing, made me feel comfortable during house visits, and also guided me in making some sound financial decisions as well. I found a great financial advisor through him. The entire process from going and seeing the houses, writing up offers, requesting an extension on the inspection deadlines, and boosting my confidence on the closing day, Adam has helped me find a great home for me and my doggo :) I am definitely going to reach out to him when it's time to sell this house!
