Working with Adam was a great experience from start to finish. As first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions and he was there for all of them. We ended up purchasing land to build on, and he handled the logistics of everything from the perc test, land survey, and meditating with the loan department at the credit union to get us to closing before it was too late. Without Adam, the deal would have fallen through. You can count on him to handle the details and respond promptly throughout the entire process. Cannot recommend Adam enough!

This team has been so amazing and helpful to us throughout our home buying process. From putting what felt like a million offers on different homes back in March and getting “no” after “no”, to Matthew helping with our spec home building (which has not be the easiest process either), they’ve been so patient and helpful. They’re honest and extremely good at what they do. My husband and I couldn’t be more thankful for their assistance over the past year and thanks to them we hopefully will finally be moving into our new home in the next month or so!

Also would like to add that Matthew drove to Huntsville (an hour and a half from his home at the time) countless times on very short notices and sometimes late at night to show us a house or meet with a builder. He did that because he’s passionate about what he does and helping people find their dream homes. It’s not an easy market out there, but they’ve made it so much easier for us.
