Real estate has been my passion since high school.
I read a book in my junior year called Buy It, Fix It, Sell It, Profit, and I knew right then that I wanted to work in the real estate industry. I read that book cover to cover well over a dozen times! After graduating from Shakopee High School, I began framing custom homes, later transitioning to high-end interior and exterior painting. Those hands-on skills led me to a position supervising home flips across the Twin Cities—and eventually flipping homes myself.
In 2014, I became a licensed Realtor in Minnesota and a general contractor. Since then, I’ve purchased & rehabbed 16+ homes, helped countless clients buy and sell, and managed remodeling projects that have added real value to clients' homes. Today, I focus solely on real estate in Minnesota and Wisconsin, leveraging my construction expertise to give clients a clear edge—whether they're buying, selling, or investing.
Let Me Help You Sell Your Home — Without Overpaying
I don’t believe sellers should be paying 5% or more in commissions to list their homes. While some may call it a “discount listing,” there’s nothing discounted about the service you’ll receive. You’ll get full, professional support to sell your home for a price you’re happy with.
Need help getting your home market-ready? I’ve got you covered. Worried about inspection issues? With my background as a licensed general contractor, I can handle that, too!
Buying a Home? Let’s Do It Right
As both a Realtor and a licensed general contractor, I offer something most agents can’t: real insight into a home's condition before you make an offer. I’ll help spot potential issues, identify value-add opportunities, and even assist with repairs when needed.
In fact, none of my buyers have ever backed out because of an inspection—something I’m incredibly proud of. I've successfully been able to identify major items prior to my clients' offering on a home and paying for a home inspection. Buying a home is a big step. Let’s make sure there are no surprises.
* 1.5% listing commission, which reduces to 1% when you sell and buy with me.
* Includes professional photos including aerial shots/ video, and marketing.
* I provide a 1 year home warranty for all my buyer's purchases.
* A $595 Bridge Realty administration fee applies to all transactions.
* Sellers have the option to offer compensation to a buyer's agent or broker who brings a qualified buyer and helps get the transaction to closing. In our area, typical commissions are around 2.5% in Minnesota and 2.4% in Wisconsin.
