He grew up in the Puget Sound region, graduated from Cascade High School in Everett, and attended the University of Washington in Seattle, earning degrees in Business and Forest Management. After graduation, he spent several years working in the Forest products and business consulting industries before moving to Microsoft in 2000. In 2010, he joined a subsidiary of Salesforce.com to continue building his expertise in sales and digital marketing. Throughout his career he is managed $1+ Billion in transactions, from chartering ocean freighters, to buying commercial technology, to selling marketing software, and representing buyers and sellers of all types of commercial and residential real estate.
Coldwell Banker Cascade Real Estate has been thriving in Central Washington for 40+ years and he is proud to continue that legacy. Adam's real estate career began in the Seattle area in 2005, representing friends and family with residential transactions while working in the software industry. After moving to Chelan, Washington with his family in 2012, he purchased a Coldwell Banker office and has acquired several others since then. Now the Coldwell Banker Cascade Real Estate team includes nearly 100 people serving real estate clients from offices in Chelan, Goldendale, Wenatchee, Winthrop, and Yakima. This amazing team of real estate professionals manages nearly 1,000 listings and closings per year all across Central Washington State, from Canada to Oregon.
Adam strongly believes businesses have a social obligation to give back to their communities. For him, that means serving on business and community development organizations, including Lake Chelan Chamber of Commerce and the Seven Acres Foundation. His wife and he have also contributed over $500,000 personally and through their businesses to non-profit community service organizations in Central Washington State.
Their firm has committed to Pledge 1%, and they contribute 1% of their INCOME (before profit) from EVERY real estate transaction they close to a local non-profit organization.
