Adam has been a godsend for me and my family. I let Adam know that I had a very short time to find a home for me and my family and we lived across the state so we wouldn’t have much time to see homes in person. Within minutes Adam was sending me homes to look over in my price range (and not just at the high-end, which many realtors like to do). Once I settled on my favorite he scheduled us to go see them on the two days that I was able to make the trip. He was also incredibly patient with me and my two toddlers who only wanted to play. Adam was a true professional and really made us feel like family through the entire process! I highly recommend him for your next home purchase, there is no one else I can see myself using in the future.

If I could give more stars for Adam I would. After reading several reviews on realtors before we flew across the country we decided to go with Adam and oh my gosh am I ever so happy we chose him! My husband was being laid off in another state and was offered a position here in Jax . We only had 30 days to sell our home and purchase one here . One evening my husband spotted a listing on Zillow and called the realtor listed. It was Adam Sems. The house was only listed 2 hours! Adam listened to our needs and immediately sprung into action. He was at the house with a video recorder to give us a virtual walking tour, describing everything in details . It was decided we better get in the car and drive from the Carolinas to see it in person . We walked in and knew it was the one ! (So did others!) The house went into a bidding war and Adam was in complete control using his experience & calm manner to get us the house. We have been in our home 1 year now and couldn’t be happier. Adam continues to go above and beyond by keeping in touch via phone and text . We couldn’t recommend him enough, especially if you need a purchase or sale quickly, efficiently & smooth from start to finish

We were first time home buyers and didn't know to much about the housing market but Adam was extremely helpful!

Adam listened to everything we wanted and diligently worked to find us what we were looking for and brought to our attention some finer details and things to look for. He knows the greater Jacksonville area very well and showed us Neighborhoods we didn't know or hadn't considered but ended up liking a lot.

He has enough experience to know quickly what to look for in a house and how to spot red flags. As a first time home buyer I appreciated that he was always honest with us!

He was always down to see new houses and was always excited to go see a house with us as we asked to go see dozens of houses. I have no doubt that Adam got us the best deal possible and he always fought for us!
