This was my second time using Ashland to sell a “less than perfect” property. Once again, the Ashland team did a great job. I had initially listed this one with a “traditional” real estate broker, but after 2 months with the other broker, we didn’t have any serious offers. After listing with Ashland, it was under contract within 2 weeks, at the price we wanted, and with no contingencies. Adam, Sharon, and the rest of the team were readily available whenever we had a question during the process and they were quick to respond via email or phone - even on evenings or weekends! I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

There was always someone at the other end of the phone whenever I had a question. They were attentive, prompt, always willing to help, and the answer was usually “ yes”. I presume they handle a lot of sales but the owner called me twice and was very personable. i love going to the auctions and buying cellphones even electronics for myself and feather duster and because i like the things are old and new i dont know why sometimes care bear needs all smartphones to play with every day and night in the bed and because care bear loves to buy electronics to have at home with my parents and family to for very good reason and please let me have electronics and cellphones at the auctions so my poor care bear can have them to play with all the time at home and work to oyeah care bear in love with cellphone and electronics all night long i really hope auctions have cellphones and electronics every sunday and please keep bad boy away from the cellphones and electronics and because he cant have them from me or anyone else and that wont be good thing to do and not proper to steal stuff from anyone or me and no way host hey and care bear missed all cellphones and electronics all night long

I have been attending auctions run by Ashland Auction Group for several years. They run an extremely good auction. I have seen them take extra time to make sure that bidders are well informed when they have questions. I have also witnessed them taking steps to make sure they perform their duties clearly, properly and ethically. Lastly, When an auction does not meet a reserve, they will take time to contact the property owner and attempt to complete the transaction with the owner and bidders on the spot.

If you are looking to buy or sell a property with an auction company, I would strongly recommend Ashland Auction Group.
