We really enjoyed getting to know Todd through the process of a recent purchase. Todd's demeanor is superb, as is his commitment to his craft. He's patient working through issues and has excellent time management skills. It's evident that he valued our time as much as we do, as he was always prompt over the many times we agreed to meet.
