Addison is the founder of TIU Real Estate LLC and Southern Gentlemen Construction LLC. Growing up in ENC with a deep passion for the outdoors and building, Addison has many tools in his belt ready to serve you.

Addison has worked in all levels of construction from residential to industrial. In 2016, he wanted to get back to the one on one with people at their homes. In starting their first small business renovating homes, that dream became a reality. As that business grew into Southern Gentlemen Construction, he began to dream about how to serve people on a higher level. With years of construction background and a drive to never stop learning, Addison brings a unique perspective as a Realtor.

Meeting his wife Jessica was the second best thing that has ever happened to him; the first was meeting Jesus. In Addison’s down time he enjoys time with his wife, Jessica, and their 3 kids. Boating on the rivers and exploring the Crystal Coast are some of their favorite adventures. In his quiet time, he enjoys hunting and offshore fishing. Addison’s hidden talent is writing.
