Addy has been a business and community leader in the Wenatchee Valley for over two decades. Twenty-two years ago, she co-founded KI Fighting Concepts, a martial arts gym that focuses on developing life skills and self-defense. Over 2000+ families have benefited from our services, and Addy has made it a point to cultivate self-confidence and personal discipline in every student. In addition to her responsibilities managing this business and instructing students, she co-founded and co-operated an online platform that offers distance learning to a global following of over 600,000 members. Now as a real estate broker, Addy continues to work daily to serve the community and make Wenatchee Valley a meaningful place to live.
By the age of twenty-five, Addy had earned multiple black belts in multiple martial arts systems. Her career as a martial artist gave her the opportunity to train NFL players, rock stars, and top-level executives from Silicon Valley. She was featured on several martial arts magazine covers and voted "Woman of the Year" by Inside Kung Fu Magazine. Her background has uniquely prepared her for the real estate world as she has been trained to think under stress, listen carefully to all parties, properly prepare, and execute plans, stay solution oriented, and be disciplined in her reactions. It is exciting to be a part of new networks and ideas, and she feels peace and satisfaction as she strives to practice the highest level of ethics in all aspects of her personal and professional life.
