First time home buyer, and have heard horror stories from friends and family about terrible agents. Adrian and Maricruz are professional and personal. Never met them before and actually felt like we were working with a family member or someone we knew for a long time. They never made me or my wife feel uncomfortable and helped us every step of the way. Every time we texted, called and had any question. I would get a call back immediately
They explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from the Market status, making the offer, to working with the mortgage banker.

we didn't feel rushed as they took the time to show us many properties in the area we liked. We finally found our home after looking at more than a dozen houses and promptly made the offer.
We will forever be thankful and will recommend to our family or anyone we know who is looking to buy a home.

Beachwood Realty made buying our home such a pleasant and fast process. I was new to home buying and they made everything so simple and easy. Communication was key for us and they answered all our questions and more. Maricruz and Adrian are very profesional, experienced, knowledgeable and helpful agents. We decided to purchase a home that the sellers were apparently not ready to give up and it became a nightmare, in which Adrian and Maricruz helped ease so much of the stress and worry. They even continued to help us with issues after the entire process was over. They are extremely diligent and very knowledgeable! They are always 10 steps ahead of the game which is great. They truly put their clients needs and wants first. The one thing I loved the most about them was how trustworthy they are. It is great to feel like you are being taken care of throughout such a big process. Not once did they come off as sales people which is what made me feel comfortable. I could go on and on about how amazing they are. Overall, I could not have asked for representation to help my family, definitely God-sent. They are the perfect definition of a dynamic duo. We were moving from California to Texas and had very limited time to get our house ready to sell. I sold and bought a home with this company and they made it so easy! My agent was Al Crespo and he is very knowledgeable in what he does and he will fight for you and your interests, and trust me not every agent does that. He goes above and beyond, I've recommended many friends to work with him and they all agree. He is literally available 24/7 and always answers his phone. HomeSmart itself is a pretty office, nice and clean, it was hard to find at first but they added a big banner up front.
