Adriana is truly a hidden gem! She came highly recommended to me by a close friend, and after listing and selling my house with her, I discovered that she was everything my friend described – and much more.

Not only was she exceptionally knowledgeable about every aspect of the Cambridge real estate market, but she also developed a comprehensive marketing plan that gave my home maximum exposure to potential buyers. Throughout the entire process, she consistently went above and beyond in ways I never expected.

I cannot say enough about the experience of selling my home with Adriana. Her attention to detail, meticulous organization, and complementary staging were outstanding. One thing that particularly impressed me was the Excel spreadsheet she prepared, clearly showing the fiscal impact of keeping the property on the market at a price higher than what she recommended. Her analysis convince me to trust her expertise, and it ultimately resulted in a very successful sale.

Beyond being an exceptional realtor, Adriana is also a genuinely kind and caring person. In fact, after selling my home, we became close friends and continue to enjoy a wonderful lifelong friendship.

What stood out most to me while working with Adriana was that she always puts her clients interests above her own, and her level of knowledge and professionalism is extraordinary. You do not realize how much guidance strategy and support you truly need during a real estate transaction until you work with someone like Adriana.

I can't say enough good things about our experience working with Adriana! She is professional, organized, knowledgeable, and so committed to her work. She helped us understand the markets we were interested in, find properties to consider, evaluate properties that we saw, and put together a winning offer. After our offer was accepted, she guided us through all the logistics and paperwork that followed, always prioritizing our interest.
