I could not be more pleased with Adriana's service as a Real Estate Agent. She goes above and beyond to ensure a smooth home-buying process for her clients. Adriana allowed me to feel so comfortable buying my first home. She took the time to check in with me often, answer all of my questions, and would drop anything to be there when needed. She truly made me feel as though I was her only client because of the amount of attention and detail that she poured into our home-buying process. Even after the close of our home, Adriana checked in with me often and had a list of reputable and trustworthy contacts to share when needed. I was moving to Montana and Adriana and her crew took care of everything when it came to getting my house in Lodi on the market. She oversaw a kitchen remodel, landscaping, painting and various other projects as well as staging the house more than once for open houses. She went over and above what I thought a Realtor does for you. She kept in constant contact about the status of projects and concerns that came up, often times calling me from her office way after working hours.
She has represented my family in many real estate transactions,

We recently listed our home in Stockton with agent Adriana Tenbrink of Bokides Hesseltine Real Estate. I don’t usually write reviews but Adriana did such a great job throughout this listing/sale that I think everyone should know about her. From the start, she had a great photographer take the listing photos that clearly showed the homes value. She held a Open House early and within days presented us with multiple offers, helped explain the pros and cons of the different offers. We made our choice and went under contract. Adriana constantly updated us on the status of the process-inspections, deadlines, documents, signatures etc. When the buyers loan failed to perform She didn’t miss a beat and we went back on market and again had offers within days. Again, Adriana stayed on top of everything and we closed 20 days later.
In real estate, things don’t “just happen”. The agent you choose can make a world of difference in your outcome.You need a agent that will guide you and the sales process, work with all the parties involved, and keep it moving forward. Adriana is bi-lingual with English and Spanish and that did help in our particular situation.
Adriana Tenbrink is THAT agent. Highly motivated, energetic, knowledgeable, and Professional. I will use her again on our next property.

We cannot say enough good things about Adriana! From the minute she came to our house to give us an overview of her services, we were blown away by how prepared and comprehensive she was with her presentation. It was an especially busy time for us even without moving, and she made us feel at ease by assuring us that she would be able to take care of many of the steps along the way. And boy did she deliver! From beautifully staging our home with so many of her own classy decorations and items, to hiring a house cleaner and landscaper, she had every part of the selling process covered. She was always quick to communicate and very respectful of our wishes and preferences. She made it a priority to be present and available during all the major steps of the process. She is an extremely hard worker and goes above and beyond. If we weren't moving out of state, we would most definitely use her again in the future!

Adriana is everything you’re looking for in a great real estate agent. She has helped us buy and sell property. She’s always on time for meetings. She knows the legal minutia of buying and selling. If she doesn’t know an answer to a question, she make calls and has an answer either that day or the following. Adriana gives great advice on preparing a property to sell at top dollar. Her staging skills are spot on, offering high quality materials for showings. She found a buyer within a week of going on the market. We sold our condo at a profit of $70,000. Her hard work and experience made that possible. After, Adriana kept on top of the escrow time line and any details regarding buyer concerns. Keeping us in the loop along the way. Adriana helped me sell the first home I ever owned. She was so helpful and communicative through the whole process, walking me through it step by step. We met Adriana at an open house in May 2017. She assisted us in obtaining a home that was perfect for us. Unfortunately our offer was lower than another couple had made. She insisted that the owners accept our offer as a secondary offer. The first offer fell thru and we ended up getting the house.
Thanks to her diligence and caring we now have the perfect home.
