Adrianna was so pleasant to work with. We live out of town and she FaceTimed me and recorded a video of the property we really liked. She answered all my questions promptly. We made an offer and it was accepted the next day . We had the inspection and closing within two weeks! This morning we enjoyed the condo pool with the family. Bless you Adrianna and thank you!

Adrianna was invaluable to the successful purchase of my new home. She had great instincts for identifying properties that would meet my needs/wants, and has great, realistic vision regarding the potential of different properties. I always felt she was up front an honest, and always went out of her way to accommodate my schedule to look at different properties. She was a fair but competitive negotiator with great instincts for what the other party will agree to, and helped me get a great deal on my new home. Additionally, she is a wealth of resources and able to recommend reliable providers for repairs, upgrades, and inspections. I could not have asked for a better realtor!

I finally made it into my home!!! I feel like I spent months trying to find the perfect home, but Adrianna was there every step of the way. The home buying process always varies based on who your Realtor is, and I must say Adrianna is one of the very best! She loves her job, and you can tell that by the way she cares about your opinion. She listens to anything and everything you can think of to try and find that perfect fit for you, and she won’t stop working until she does. I could not have asked for a better realtor than Adrianna! I found her brokerage after doing a lot of research online and calling many different places. I had no idea who to choose as a realtor as I was moving to Florida from out of state. She impressed me from the very beginning. She kept in contact with me often, providing me with regular updates on the construction of my home. I was not able to be present for the walk through as I was still out of state, so she did a virtual walk through over FaceTime with me.
