Adrianne and her team are extremely knowledgeable, accomodating, and efficient in getting a deal closed! They dealt with so many showings and got us into a beautiful home, Adrianne knows how to negotiate and play on factors other than price to make an enticing deal. We definitely didnt have the highest offer but due to Adrianne’s suggestion in loan officer we were able to offer a 14 day close which ended up winning us the offer! It didnt stop there though Adrianne has many connections and made the inspection period and post inspection repairs easy for us as all of her reccomendations were incredibly accomodating and didnt require me to shop around. This isnt my first home purchase so I knew we were getting good offers for the typical home purchase requirements from the loan itself to homeowners insurance, and home warranty. Would definitely work with Adrianne again!

Adrianne and her team were exceptional with helping me in my unique situation. A little background: I had a loss in the family and actually acquired a new home with the need to sell a home I had recently purchased within the past year. It was a challenging time with a lot of simultaneous things going on in my life on top of my career -- the last thing I needed to do was add another worry and I know I needed someone I could count on without me having to constantly check in or push for things to get done. Adrianne was my saving grace.

She was a referral from another realtor I had worked with in San Antonio who I considered in high regard. I decided to reach out and hear what she would say or plan to do with my planned sale of my home. Within a matter of days we met and she already had a good understanding of my home, and with the expertise of the area and the market, presented a masterful plan that would be the best value with the most attention. I didn't hesitate to move forward with her, and I'm glad I did.

With essentially no effort on my part, she and her team helped get my home market ready and had it beautifully setup. To top it off, she even went the extra mile and provided guidance, tips, resources and time on my newly acquired home -- even when it wasn't a property she was helping me buy or sell. She was extremely charismatic, personable, and caring the whole way through. Even so much so as to check in on me from time to time.

I actually had a close friend who was interested in buying my property, but needed to sell his to do so. A new challenge! She helped us find a solution which benefited us both and, with the help of another realtor on her team -- all while maintaining the highest integrity -- completed the sell of my friend's home which eventually led to the successful purchase of mine.

I've worked with numerous realtors and have had overall great, positive experiences, but I couldn't recommend a better person -- or team -- to get the job done better. She's all about helping and doesn't cut corners or hides any details. She's straightforward, honest, kind and confident.

This review is a bit long, but it's still only a summary of my experience. You would only be missing out if you didn't give her team a chance.

The whole process couldn’t have been easier. Adrianne worked with me for months getting me in contact with the right people to help me get my credit score up to where we needed it. She was never too busy to take my calls and answer any questions I had along the way. When we knew things were getting close she got me in contact with a lender and had my pre approval letter the following day. We went over a list of homes that we’d been eyeing for a while and she set up tours 2 days after that. We ended up making an offer on the third house we looked at that day and the sellers accepted by 2pm the same day. From this point on it was really like I was on cruise control. Our family had a unique situation in that we were looking for a home for my mother-in-law. It was unique because depending on the price it would also be something we would help with, which meant it would be our home too. Relocating? Adrianne is the agent for you! She knows the area and is always available if you need her. I sold my home in Reno, NV and was looking to move to the Austin area. After talking with many Realtor's, I felt that she was the right person to deal with. I was comfortable talking with her and her professionalism is top level. While I was closing, Adrianne was sending me listings and the ones that I was interested in she would either video or FaceTime me while she walked through the property so that I could "see". No question was too small no location was exempt. After many, many homes, which I must say she was extremely patient with, we found the ONE! However, there was an offer already on the property with a contingency. I called her and told her I really wanted "that house" and she got moving. Contacting the listing agent she discovered what was needed for use to beat the previous offer. We got it, sight unseen. Full disclosure: I am Adrianne’s husband. That being said, I have also purchased a couple of properties with her at this point, and feel I have earned the right to leave a review. I do so not only to give her the credit I feel she deserves, but more so to let you all in on the back end of the operation, which may help explain why she is so highly rated in the community.

There are a few key elements that make this machine run as well as it does. I’ll start with a basic breakdown of the elements and how they equate to a great home buying/selling experience and in turn, a successful business.

Adrianne is a very extraverted individual and is inquisitive by nature. This is a deadly combination when it comes to learning the real estate business quickly, and she has taken full advantage of these qualities since 2009 when she originally stepped into the game. Now, she is answering questions for people who have been in the business twice as long. The best part is, she does so proactively on realtor forums not to show off, but because she genuinely has an insatiable drive to help people. It is this same drive that she brings to the table during every transaction, whether it is your first time buying, or you’re selling your 50th home as an investor.

Adrianne is technologically savvy, and will communicate on your terms on the level you are comfortable with. Phone, Facebook, chat, email, text, snail mail, telegraph… you name it and she’s there at whatever hour is necessary to get the deal done with a favorable outcome for you.

She stays up late, working on her website to ensure its continuously displaying up to date information in a way that is visually pleasing and intuitive for anyone who may stop by. She’s getting the underground scoop on upcoming listings to present to her clients who are looking to ensure they get a decent shot at their dream home in a very hot market. The after hour work she puts in is not something most people see, but is a large part of how she provides the level of service she does.

She was also very insightful as to things we needed to look for when viewing the properties and about helping us find the perfect fit for our us.

When it came time to make the offer, she had a number of useful tips to ensure that we were the bid selected and the whole thing went off without a hitch! This is all before mentioning that she just how delightful she was. At no point did it feel like we were just making awkward, small talk with her when travelling to view homes. Instead Adrianne made us feel very welcome and like we were being led through the whole thing by a friend. She taught us the process and made sure that we completely understood each step and were comfortable with it which was a major plus having no experience with this prior to reaching out to her.

Adrianne is also incredibly reliable, responding to us within moments in most cases whether contacted by email, text, or phone call. This was a major plus! My wife and I both highly recommend her. You would be crazy to go with anyone else.

We had been exploring Austin as a potential home, and we found Adrianne via her website. This would be our sixth home purchase, and we have experienced both good and bad from a realtor perspective.

We met Adrianne midweek, and she showed us some homes in the San Marcos - Austin corridor. She listened carefully to our hopes and needs for a future home. When we were struggling to find something that would be optimal, Adrianne had some insight into a few homes that were coming on the market. We ended up visiting one of these, and it was the home of our dreams. Without Adrianne's guidance, we might have had a much longer search or a compromise that we would not have been satisfied with in the long run. Adrianne was recommended to me by a colleague. Being a first time home buyer, the process was a little intimidating; fortunately, after first getting in touch with Adrianne I knew I had found the right person.

When first getting in touch with her, I was a few weeks out from being ready to begin the search. Adrianne was extremely patient and set up a search which was instrumental with helping me decide the areas I was interested in and get a grasp on what was within my price range. She referred me to a wonderful lender as well and the two of them diligently worked together to ensure this entire process was smooth.

During our hunt, Adrianne consistently provided insightful knowledge not only on the neighborhoods, but even the houses. One thing I truly appreciate was she would look for things that would be a turn off for certain homes (in particular, called out a likely foundation issue with an older home, which I took into consideration when deciding to go with my current home). She cares about her clients and their experience and I appreciate that she is not looking for the quick sale. Adrianne was not pushy at all and did not try persuading us into a home we were not interested in: she waited until we found a place we loved, then was immediately on top of getting the process started!

Getting in touch with her was easy and she was very transparent with the process, consistently reaching out to me regarding my preferences and updates on negotiation. She helped us negotiate the price down to our preferred offer to fit within our budget and during closing, provided some great laughs and relief during the process of signing all of the papers.

Finally, her follow up even after moving has been wonderful! Information was needed regarding the home warranty and she not only provided it in a very timely manner, but a referral as well whom is able to assist. Adrianne goes the extra mile and I would recommend her to anyone shopping for homes in the Austin area!

Working with Adrianne was an absolutely fantastic experience! My wife and I had purchased a home in the past, but this was our first time around both selling and buying simultaneously - so of course, we had a ton of questions. Adrianne made the entire process a breeze for us. We were "high maintenance" clients in some respects, but Adrianne was incredibly responsive at all times and always answered us quickly and with the utmost professionalism, regardless of whether we were texting, emailing, or calling her.
