I chose Adrienne Mickels to be my selling agent because friends had highly recommended her. This was a great choice for us. Adrienne was always available to share advice, answer questions and guide us. She is extremely prompt in all of her paperwork, her responses to questions, very knowledgeable of all the details involved while also keeping you in the know.
As for many of us who have lived in our beloved homes for many years, it can be emotional at times too. Despite that she is a machine when it comes to work ethic and her word, she also has great compassion for understanding the emotional aspect of it all.
I don't want to buy or sell a house anytime soon because well... who likes moving;). But if I were to do it, I would not hesitate to use Adrienne again, actually I know I would.

Adrienne is awesome! I loved how she genuinely focused on my best interests instead of just trying to sell me any home. I was in the process of buying a once-in-a-lifetime short sale and was growing impatient. I started looking at homes further out the area in the same price range. I remember sending her pictures of a house I was interested in, and she sent me a message back saying nice furniture jokingly. I’m glad she talked me out of that decision, as my current home has dramatically increased in value and in a growing area.

I would only work with Adrienne - she is super responsive and knowledgeable about the technology triangle and surrounding real estate area in Raleigh, Durham, Chapel hill. Also advises on what updates to property will get higher appraisal, and which can be skipped; thus saving us money and time. She is very sharp.

I have purchased a home remotely (out of state buyer), which appreciated wonderfully, and again recently bought another property. There is peace of mind when working with Adrienne. She works very well with investors and regular home buyers, plus I appreciate having peace of mind and access to her trusted contacts as related to the project, ie lawyers to close, trades people and designers as required to full fil projects.

In all, I would only continue to work with Adrienne. TRUST 100%. EXCELLENCE in SERVICE!

We moved from Manhattan with very little knowledge about the neighborhoods, school systems, and housing market. She really took her time educating us and helping us in making the best choice for our family. This has been, without a doubt, the best experience we could have asked for! This was our first time buying a home, and we were so lost. We were recommended to Adrienne, and I am so glad we were. She made sure she knew what we wanted and what we didn’t want. She would help us go through our favorites before viewing them, and made sure we knew which ones might not be what we are looking for. She taught us what to look for, so we didn’t waste our time on homes that needed major work. She walked us through the houses, and helped point out things we might have missed. In the end, she helped us find our perfect dream home. She wasn’t done there though. She helped keep us on track with everything we needed. She helped keep the sellers on track so that everything would run smoothly. And if anything did pop up, she took care of it immediately. We were under a lot of stress with trying to get everything ready for the move, and she made our lives so much easier. We couldn’t have done this without her.
