Adrienne is a gem! I really enjoyed having her as our realtor. She’s professional, always on time, always answer her phone, always available to see homes, and always ready to make a deal when the client is ready. I’m so grateful because there were things going on with my loan process, but through it all Adrienne didn’t give up not one bit! She’s knowledgeable, and she’s very honest. Also she has experience with submitting offers, I loved the way she did our offer and we got picked! She also gives sound advice and her honest opinion! I would highly recommend Adrienne Ponce Realty! Adrienne and her team were knowledgeable, patient, understanding and supportive throughout my entire Homebuyer journey. The journey was not not always easy, however Adrienne would uplift us. We didn’t think we would be able to purchase a home and were looking for a rental. Adrienne advised us that this was possible. My now husband and I looked at home a week before we were married and had our first offer on a home accepted before the wedding and closed shortly after. I am in the industry and I have NEVER seen a follow through like Adrienne Realty! I am positive that she is the reason our offer was accepted and we closed so quickly.
