Aileen Gozzola Sandstedt, has an extensive background in exclusive representation, on both a transactional and consulting basis, for a diverse private client base. Her primary focus is long-term personalized and committed client-serve representation. Aileen has been a principal of Colorado Partners since 1999 and in 2010 was appointed to Managing Member of CP Partners Worldwide and continues to serve in that capacity today streamlining multi-market client serve projects for CP Partners Worldwide nationally and internationally. Over a 40 + year career, Sandstedt has closed more than $998 million in transactions and has won numerous industry honors. Aileen provides comprehensive real estate analysis, inclusive of build-to-suit construction, incentive procurement and incentive performance, existing acquisitions, and dispositions opportunities, as influenced and directed by client goals. Aileen is an active member of Denver Metro Commercial Association of Realtors (“DMCAR”), ReColorado, and Steamboat Board of Realtors (“SSBR”). Aileen and husband Kent own and operate CR Summit Ranch and manage 17 + ranches in and around Steamboat Springs.
