Ainlay was amazing through every step of the home buying process in this tough market. She had knowledge of the market and the area--not only schools and neighborhoods, but also contractors and every kind of professional needed to buy a home. Even though we had a tight budget and a tight timeline, Ainlay worked with all of our needs. She was always willing to answer our questions and educated us with grace and wisdom, teaching us, while also giving us her expert advice. She is generous with her time and knowledge. Ainlay is simply the best! Professional, super responsive, honest, knowledgeable, and she takes care of your whole family. Ainlay found us a new home and sold our old house, and all the while kept us sane.

Our journey searching for a new home was over a year long. During house hunting, she always made herself available, even late at night. We were often the first to tour the new listings and she text us right back with answers to our questions. She genuinely understood and respected our needs and requirements (some are related to our culture and traditions). She remained so patient and proactive in addressing our concerns and questions. When it came to negotiation, she did it both effectively and elegantly. She always tried to get things going in our favor and at the same time paid respect to all involved parties.

When selling our house, we had a few situations that made it much more challenging. Starting with a buyer who loved our home but backed out on the deal twice. Then we discovered that our stucco wall needed remedy and our deck needed major repair. After spending so much time fixing problems, it already passed the summer prime time of selling. Ainlay remained very positive and flexible which isn’t always easy during the holidays and we finally had a successful transaction. She really goes above and beyond to serve her clients throughout the entire process.

Again, with Ainlay, you are in good hands. She will guide you and protect your best interests and she treats you as her most important client. We highly recommend Ainlay without hesitation.

Ainley Dixon Did a great job of advising us about what we needed to do to get our house ready to go on the market and then walking us through the process from the "show and go" through the negotiations with buyers/agents as the offers came in. She presented the offers in an easy to read format and talked us through each scenario which helped us make the decision about which offer to accept. She was a perfect fit for us.

Super Power, she “ inspires” you to do your part.
Another way to say this is she is Pushy but in the best way possible… She “ inspired “us to make some very needed changes , before putting our house on the market! Her Inspiration helped push us in the right direction. we had 2 full offers on the day of the open house…. ( this was pre COVID before Real-estate went crazy).

This is the third time we worked with Ainlay. Twice for renting, now for buying! She is the best you can get! We got the first house we placed an offer on! She is very quick!
