Aja Ann Mauceri

Aja Ann has been a real estate professional since 2003. She began her career with C21 and Realty Executives and in 2009 joined Coldwell Banker Realty, West Essex Regional office because of its reputation for excellent training and superior client service. Anyone who interacts with Aja Ann immediately recognizes her enthusiasm for the real estate profession. She is able to create an atmosphere of trust with her clients and is steadfast in her goal of achieving and keeping her clients' interest top of mind. As a child watching the PBS show, This Old House, Aja Ann felt a draw towards homes in general. She briefly considered a career as an architect but quickly realized her skill set was more in line with the personal side of creating a home. Aja Ann holds an Associate Degree in Visual Communications/Graphic Design which helps her relate from the marketing perspective of real estate sales. She was born and raised in Bloomfield and raised by her grandparents.

She attended the public school system and is very familiar with Essex County, Bergen County and Passaic County. Aja Ann was a bartender for many years and that experience along with life experience she has learned throughout her life has allowed her to sharpen one of the most important qualities a real estate sales associate should possess; being a good listener!
