Frank and AJ were amazing. They were very patient and walked me through the entire home buying process. I was not treated as a transaction but as an actual person. They were honest and very transparent. Frank went by "Your Friend Frank" and it is because he looks out for you like a good friend would. Also, AJ attended my settlement and broke down all the fees to me. He made sure I was not charged extra. AJ is all about making sure that the client is a priority and it shows how he conducts his business.

I would highly recommend the Farqiri team to anyone in the market to purchase a home. As a matter of fact, I had such a wonderful experience. That I sent my brother over to Frank and Frank is now helping him with his home buying journey. The Faqiri teams get a 5-star review from me. Can not say enough good things about the team. They have a client for life in me.

Ajmal Faqiri has strong negotiation skills and sense of humor. He has huge expertise in real estate. He can also help with finding a lender for you with good rates which is a little difficult for new comers to the US given credit and job history. He reads your likes and dislikes and then can work with you to find the location and home of your choice. This is exactly what he did with me. After visiting many homes for almost two months, he told me, “You can find a home of your choice in X location within the price range you have. He said this because he kept reading my mind from day one.” And that turned true. He is a customer-oriented realtor, good listener, and committed. Not only you will get your dream home, but you will find a new friend after working with him. I highly recommend working with Ajmal Faqiri to obtain your dream house.

We had a great experience buying a home with AJ. As a first time home-buyer, AJ made the process of buying my home a breeze. I had no idea what to expect or what I would but he walked me through the whole process. He was quick, professional, well connected in the market, and beyond our expectations.
