About Alan

Floyd Alan Hale graduated from Malvern High School. He attended and graduated from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville. He was awarded a Bachelor’s degree in Education with special areas of focus in Math & Science. He taught school in Arkansas, a science camp in Pennsylvania, and the San Francisco Bay Area. He owned a clothing & furniture store and was involved in a few start-up companies.

He moved back to Arkansas to care for his elderly father in 2003 and in 2005, with two of his friends, started an Arkansas Corporation named Paladin Properties, Inc.

His greatest accomplishment is when he married his wife Stephanie in May 2007.

He is currently the President and CEO of Paladin Properties, Inc. He is a former board member of Hot Springs Land Lord Association. “I’ve bought, sold and rented properties. If I can help you with your property endeavors, it would be my pleasure to do so!”
