I am a 1974 graduate of California State University of Fresno in Surveying and Photogrametry. My first permanent job was with Pacific gas and Electric Company as a junior land techician. After 19 years with this Fortune 500 company, working as an appraiser, property manager, senior right of way agent and project manager, securing rights for powerline, gasaline and telecommunication lines for PG&E, I left to start up AC Louie – Acquisition Services, a sole proprietorship business , specializing in right of way and real estate business.
In 1979, I joined the International right of Way Association (IRWA) as a member. The IRWA offers educational courses and international networking opportunities for its members in over 7 countries.. IRWA’s continuing education courses offered by IRWA has provided cutting edge information to stay ahead of this changing industry. In 1991, I was elected President of the San Francisco Bay Area chapter.
In 1993 I received my Real Estate Broker’s license. Over the next 20 years, I have been engaged in numerous public and private projects nation wide and locally, including acquiring several income properties to own and manage. Some of my clients include: BARTD, Counties of Sonoma, Santa Clara, Monterey, San Mateo, and Alameda; Cities of Belmont, Oakland, Monterey, San Jose, Union City and Sacramento; PG&E, Merced Irrigation District, AT&T, Western Wireless, Verizon, and Sprint/Nextel.
In 1998, I received my Notary Public certification.
In 2005, I joined San Mateo County Association of Realtors where I have been an active leader or member on the Election, Education, Special Events and Realtor Service Volunteer Program for the past 8 years.
I look forward to helping you in your next home or investment property purchase; or sell your property.
