Hi, my name is Alannah Richards...
I am ready and excited to walk alongside you for all your real estate needs. I started working as a Marketing Manager for Stewart Realty Company in September 2020. From there I earned my license and have worked as a licensed Realtor® in the state of Iowa, where I have worked in various market settings, allowing me to have a strong understanding of what it takes to get a deal closed. In February of 2025 I recieved by Broker license to help gain a more comprehensive knowledge of the buying and selling process to best serve my clients. In May 2024 I graduated with a bachelor's degree in Business & Bible from Emmaus Bible College.
