Let me start by saying that Albert truly stood on his word COMMITMENT! No matter the distance from one property to the next property he was there. Albert would say let’s go I’ll meet you there regardless if it was 12 noon or 8pm. He was always professional he made sure he did his due diligence on the property before letting me say I love it! I truly appreciate all of his effort and professionalism. Would definitely recommend Albert to my family and friends for their future Real Estate transactions. Thank you I’m loving my new home .

This was our second time working with Albert and first time selling and it was an extremely easy process. He walked us through every document and step along the way. Albert answered every single question we had, regardless of the time of day and kept us in the loop for every showing and any feedback from potential buyers. He did extensive marketing for our condo and we’re under contract extremely quickly and loved working with him! Highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell their home!

It was a pleasure to work with Al Mendez. He was very thorough with explanations every step of the process from beginning to end.
Went above and beyond checking in on the home because nobody was residing at the home.
He was on point with following up making sure I was getting emails/updates and reminders when quick responses were need. I had a lot going on during this process and that was very helpful.
There isn’t anyone else I would recommend as your realtor if or when that service would be needed.

We first time homebuyers, we were so weary and terrified of this process. From the very first call, Albert had our backs. He asked us thoughtful questions, and remembered every detail we told him about what we wanted in a home, and what was important to us as a young married couple. Albert never forgot a detail we told him-even the card he gave us to congratulate us in closing was the color scheme I had mentioned loving on our first day of home tours!  Albert was nothing short of brilliant in allowing us to dream about the possibilities, and finding us locations that matched those dreams, as well as helping us plan possible changes to make a home what we wanted without breaking the bank or being stressed with renovations. Albert actively listened. We trusted Albert in finding us a home we’d love (which he did), and recommending trustworthy people to work with when we decided on a home, and he did exactly that. Every person Albert has recommended to us  for the home inspection, lawyer, etc, has been just as equally professional, personable, and wonderful to work with (I mean really, has anyone ever described working with a lawyer as “wonderful?” I can now that I’ve worked with one Albert recommended). When our lender screwed us over, Albert did not wash his hands of us at the closing table either; he reached out to the lender and complained as well, and had our backs through the nonsense that was dealing with seller attorneys and agents.  We started to know Albert in a professional relationship, and I am so glad we gained a friend in this process. Albert is an incredible realtor that anyone would be lucky to have on their home buying team.

I truly wish I could give Albert more than 5 stars. He was extremely helpful throughout our entire process of buying our first home and an absolutely pleasure to work with. Not only did he respond to every question we had within 10 minutes, but his recommendations for lawyer, inspector, and they other direction he pointed us in were a hit. He went above and beyond when we were looking into renovating the bathroom and was with us every step of the way, giving us more recommendations and asking the contractor questions we had not thought of. On top of being extremely professional and helpful, he is also just a good dude to talk with. If anyone out there is looking to buy or sell their home, please give Albert a call and you will not be disappointed!!

I’ve known Albert for a few years when I first started looking for a place on my own. He was showing a house to his clients I saw the sign for sale and went to take a look I believe that things happened for a reason, so glad I met him there because I started my search again a few months ago but with him and after checking out quite a few houses and areas ( north, south, west etc) now I’m about to Do a closing Yay.
Albert has been so helpful, so patient, so profesional, he’s gone above and beyond to help

Can't say enough about the support Al showed us during our house hunt. As newlyweds in a 700 sq.ft condo and a growing puppy, space was tight - COVID made it even more obvious. So, we asked Al to help us find our real "home," with quirky, unique highlights and enough space for us to stay long-term. Boy did he deliver. Al consulted us throughout, was actively engaged and expertly negotiated on our behalf. (His financial and legal partners also helped us with hiccups on the seller's end.). We couldn't be happier! Our pictures have recently been posted above. They say a picture is worth a million words.... WELL....OUR SMILES speak volumes! We truly feel blessed in so many ways! We are overwhelmed with happiness and still in shock as what we thought was just a dream, is now a reality. WE ARE HOMEOWNERS!!! We are so lucky to have experienced this process with Al as our agent. I have encouraged all my family and friends to sort their financials, SAVE, and let AL do the rest! I highly recommend my agent.. HE IS GREAT!!!! From the very first moment we sat down and discussed our needs from our wants, our property preferences, our budget, and the time sensitivity to close as our lease was almost up as well. He is very much involved, kind of felt like he too was searching for his home. He is extremely patient, more importantly with our children as he made them feel involved and apart of this process.
