First Class Agent. I felt very comfortable with Alejandro from the start. He put together a clear concise package that detailed costs and expenses ofwhat I could expect at closing.
During the process, he would check in regularly with updates. Very willing to handle all inspections and arrange any work to be done, as result of those inspections. He seems to be well connected with local trades to get things done expeditiously, although he made it clear that all decisions were my mine, and I felt like I had control of the process.
Alejandro's professionalism and work ethic made selling my home a virtually hands free experience for me, for which I am extremely grateful, and very happy with the closing.
I highly recommend Alejandro.

Great agent, great experience! I could not ask for anything more in a real estate agent. Alejandro took his time to understand my needs as a buyer, took his time to show me lots of houses in the area, and kept me notified as new listings hit the market. Alejandro had lots of great insight into the community, as he was born and raised in Sterling. His communication was top-notch throughout the entire process, always keeping me in the loop on new developments. He never put any pressure on me and did a great job showing me houses that fit my requirements. Without a doubt, I will be contacting Alejandro for all of my future real estate needs.
