You are not just a client to Alena. She cares about people. Not only did she see me through the sale of my home; she pointed out concerns she had about the purchase of my other home. Alena's only job was to sell my house, not to worry about where we were going or how we would do it. But she went above and beyond, patiently answering our questions and holding our hand all through the process. We were in the same house for 43 years, and this is our first big move. What is important to me when working with an agent is someone who listens, has good advice, and gets creative when things aren’t going as planned. Alena is an expert at all of those things. Alena is a true professional. I am a licensed Florida realtor but not licensed in PA, so I decided to hire someone to sell our home who knew their market well. Alena most definitely delivered. The sale of our home was very challenging due to uncontrollable circumstances with a Buyer's financing falling through. It created a chain reaction of issues because I was under a contingent contract to purchase a replacement property in Florida. I do not regret hiring a realtor inspire of me being licensed in another state, because when things get complicated as Seller your emotions are attached to the transaction and it can fog your thinking and decisions. Alena was absolute grace under fire. She was always very responsive, very engaged and solutions oriented. She kept me grounded and focused and made sure everything needed was proactively addressed. When the Buyer fell through she didn't miss a beat and put the property up on the market again. We had multiple offers within three days. I asked her to go beyond the traditional buyer pre-qualification and to vet them with docs proving their ability to buy before even showing the property as a pre-requisite. She handled it so well we were thrilled when we got a very good offer and closed seamlessly. We are now happily in Florida in contract for another home. I highly recommend Alena, and that says a lot from a fellow Realtor. Thank you Alena, without your cooperation my emotions would have gotten the best of me.
