About Alex

She was born and raised in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and at age 24, She decided to quit a Mechanical Engineering University Program to travel and pursue my passion for surfing. After spending 2 years in California, my passion for surfing brought me to Maui in September 1995. After a couple of surf trips to Maui, she decided to move here in April 1996.

Prior to becoming a full time agent in 2007, I spent 2 years managing vacation rentals properties at Maui Condo & Home, a branch company of Aston Resorts, which gave me a solid foundation in resort properties as well as inventory knowledge of vacation rental condominiums in South Maui. She focus on South Maui real estate, but she has successfully represented clients purchasing and selling properties in other areas of Maui.
