I highly recommend Alex for all of your housing needs. Anita and I had different desires in housing. Alex took the time to work with us and get us on the same page with our housing goals. Having the patience and skill to guide us to the perfect property is not something that many could do. He’s very knowledgeable about the entire west side of the state and attuned to market trends that you need to be aware of. He took care of everything from the negotiations to appraising to final documents. You will not go wrong with him.

Enjoyed working with Alex, he was very helpful,always upbeat and never pushy. When he wasn’t available to answer questions he would return our calls/messages very quickly, We are moving from outside the area so Alex has helped us finding contractors and snow removal. Even after the closing Alex has followed up on any questions we’ve had and never hesitated to help if we needed it. I would highly recommend Alex if you are looking to purchase real estate.

Alex was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He listened to our wants and needs and showed us homes that fit into our budget. Alex did not try to push us or force us into any deal or offer that we weren’t comfortable with. We had some very crazy moments in our life while purchasing our home which almost caused us to back out of the deal. Alex was very patient and understanding during this time, because of his help we were able to purchase a beautiful home. If we ever buy or sell again we will only use Alex as our realtor! Highly recommend!

Purchasing a home in Michigan during mid-December is a crazy notion; some would say FORGET IT! But, not Alex Fernandez! We were able to close within 28 days and execute a planned vacation the day after closing! Back to back holidays, icy roads, heavy snowfall, and shortened daylight hours didn’t keep us from buying our forever home! We couldn’t have done it without him!!!
