Alex helped us find a nice bank owned home in good shape and a good price. We were happy until our lender pulled the rug from under our feet and told us they can't do the loan because we didn't have enough work history. We were devastated, but Alex connected us with a mortgage broker he knew who was able to get the deal done. We now own a beautiful home and we have a friend we can call anytime for guidance on things like filing homestead exemption.

Alex was my landlord several years ago. He did a great job managing the property so I kept his number when I moved to Clermont. Then when I returned to Orlando, I called Alex to see if he had any rentals available. Alex told me that since I have a good job and credit I will be able to buy much more than I can rent. I never thought of buying and started exploring the possibility. I narrowed down my search online and then put an offer once I saw the house in person. My payment is about $250 less than it would have been if I rented the same house. PLUS, I am going to get lots of tax deductions and not worry about landlord not renewing the lease. It's my own home and I love it. Thank you Alex! I highly recommend anyone looking for either a property manager or to buy or sell a home to give Alex a call

Alex helped me buy a condo and sell my home with 2 month period. Tfhe process was pain free . One day I contacted him for request to show a property and he was getting off cruise ship during the call. Alex still made himself available same day to show the property. I also had multiple realtors showing my home once listing went up and alex was available for all questions. I feel Alex and Maria are hardworking, professional, and very courteseous. Alex and Maria assisted us in the purchase of a home. They were referred to us and it was very successful. They spent a great deal of time on this search. Like most people, we were looking for the perfect place that worked in style, practicality, price and hopeful preservation of value. Therefore, this search required a great deal of patience and flexibility by Alex and Maria. We were not even sure the town we wanted to buy. After we found the right house, Alex was unstoppable on negotiating the best price and followed through with every detail. They were each a pleasure to work with. Our only regret is they are unable to help us on our home sale out of state so we can get to Florida sooner! Highly recommend without hesitation

I am a buyer from abroad and had to rely on my real estate agent. In the course of checking out condos, I contacted two other agents before I found Alex and Maria. It took the other agents days or they even never replied to my e-mails but Alex and Maria always replied immediately even on weekends. Alex went to check out two condos the next day after I indicated that I am interested in them and I was able to make an offer fast and got one of the condo's for a great price. They are absolutely reliable and I can truly recommend Alex and Maria.

I was referred to Alex by my son. After we signed the contract with Alex, we saw that our home was the first one shown on page one for Lakeland thanks to Alex. Because of this, we had an offer in three days. Alex used his professionalism and expertise in negotiating with the buyer's agent. When it looked like it was going to be closing very soon, I started to get impatient with the several delays. Alex calmly cooled me down and informed me that most of the delays were because of new government regulations. I wanted to cancel more than once but Alex used his skill in keeping me calm. Alex promised that everything was on tract to close. Alex was right we closed in a few weeks and if it wasn't for his expertise, our house would still be on the market today.

Alex was great. I found him on internet and just called him up. I found him very professional, diligent, and has integrety (which I value a lot!!!). It's hard to find an agent who's knowledgeable, hardworking, and honest like him. I've worked with other agents, so far he's one the of the best! He always answered my emails and returned my phone calls timely. He never pushed me to make a decision just because it would save him time and trouble or just to make a commission.
