Alex is the one you want to sell your house! From the start he was professional, punctual, and thorough. We used KW's partner, Curbio to renovate the house before listing. Alex explained the process clearly and thoroughly and spent the time to help us figure out what improvements would have the best ROI while working within our budget. Since we moved out of state before the reno began, Alex took care of the daily communication with contractors, etc., which was a huge burden off our shoulders. He even connected us with an excellent buyer's agent in our new state. He was kind and compassionate throughout the entire process. We feel like Alex worked hard for every cent he earned from our sale and we are glad we didn't settle for a "cheaper" realtor. We got what we paid for and more!

Alex was our realtor for the sale of our house in Discovery Bay. He handled everything impeccably from the staging of beautiful furniture in our house to the final negotiations on the sale. He did a lot of due diligence on researching the best initial price for our house. It was very important to find a price that wasn’t too low or too high. Our house wound up selling for $35,000 over market and the deal was consummated in less than 2 weeks. We couldn’t be happier with how Alex handled everything- very professional from start to finish. We are extremely pleased with the outcome and strongly recommend Alex to anyone wishing to sell or a home.

Alex helped me sell my condo. Even though the market was softening, he helped me sell quickly and in my target sale price. Here's what impressed me about Alex:
1) he knew the market and area comps very well
2) he had a plan for preparing/listing/selling the property with several options and direct impact on sales price of each option (i.e. list "as is" vs. "minor" vs. "major" improvements)
3) he recommended quality specialists (staging company, home inspector, plumber, Title company)
Most importantly, I knew I could trust him and count on him 100%.
He was professional, responsive to all my questions, able to adapt and resolve issues. I will be working with Alex to sell another property soon.

Alex is definitely a busy guy - BUT, working with him, you would never know it! I've been looking for a rental property since May - it was definitely challenging to compete in such a crazy market this summer, especially with a limited budget. With each home I inquired about, he took the time to research, call, show, or whatever was needed. He continued to give excellent and smart advice with each home, without being pushy or without losing steam. Knowing how competitive the market was, he was also quick to respond and jumped through hoops whenever we were up against a deadline.
Once we finally found the home, he continued to see the process through. Rather than running a race and passing the baton, he continued to run the race along side the lender, title company and selling agent all the way to the finish line!
Other great qualities that Alex has - one, he knows a LOT about home repairs and improvements (which helps when evaluating homes and deciphering inspection reports). He also has a LOT of resources and makes great recommendations (from so many companies - from lenders, to chimney sweeps, to bath refinishing companies, you name it - he probably knows someone!). He is definitely very kind, patient, thoughtful and thorough. One of the most important qualities - he gives you information that you need even before you know you need it.
Thanks, Alex... I don't know when I'll be in the market again - but you'll be the first (and only) person I call when that time comes!

Wow. We sold our old house with Alex and he helped us purchase our new house at the same time. This guy does it all! He helped us prep our house for sale, walked us through the timeline and next steps and helped us to sell at a much higher price than we thought, breaking records in our neighborhood. While doing that he listened to everything we wanted in our next home and helped us find our perfect piece of "the good life". Alex did an exceptional job selling our house. He got us more than we expected from our house sale. His communication skills are excellent. He is professional and has experience in the field and what helps sell your house. He listened to our requests but also presented suggestions with explanations for why he was proposing his suggestion. His recommendations for a mover and hardwood floor finisher were top notch and reasonably priced. He was available throughout the process and got back to us right away when we contacted him. I have already recommended him to two friends who are not quite ready but may sell their houses in the future. I would sell my house again through him.

Highly recommend Alex! He is professional and most importantly, patient. And due to his patience, I got into a home at the right time for my needs. He took me through every step of the way and was honest about the options, even thought it meant I would end up passing on a house. He never rushed me and always provided me as much details as possible. If Alex did not have an answer to my questions, he made sure to get an answer to me right away. He advised me properly and this is what got my offer accepted. I thought that buying a home for the first time was going to be extremely stressful but I officially closed this month and did not lose any sleep over a single decision I made. Thank you Alex! Again we went to Alex for selling that same home in July 2019. With his expert advise and knowledge we were able to sell our home in 11 days. And was able to get over our asking price!!! Alex helped my husband and I buy our first home back in 2016.Three years on we're very happy in our home and I really appreciate the fact that during the buying process Alex really seemed to have our best interests in mind- rather than just wanting to close a deal as fast as possible. I remember that he actively discouraged us from buying a house that seemed to have so much potential at the time, but in hindsight would have been a disaster.

I would definitely recommend Alex as a realtor. He is very professional, obviously knows what he is doing, and also a generally nice guy.

What can I say about Alex? He has gone above and beyond to help us buy our first home. I was so nervous and stressed about the whole process but Alex took all of my worries away! He was constantly sending us links of new listings to look at. He spend several weekends driving around with us showing us homes. He was pointing out things to look for and what to watch out for. There were so many times I wanted to give up on the process but Alex was always there to keep encouraging us the right home will come along and it soon did! He was always very informative of every step of the process and always answered all my questions even if I had already asked them a million times.
