Alex brings a fresh, visionary perspective to the conventional Real Estate framework. After working for some of the hottest technology and software companies in Seattle, Alex’s start-up mentality provides the analytical and data-driven insights to transform the modern home-buying and selling experience.

Growing up, Alex became intrigued by Real Estate as he watched his mother, Ann Pierson, rise to become one of the top 1% of agents in the nation. Emulating her hard-work and personable approach, Alex quickly found his values and skill set were also congruous for the career.

Alex works for both buyers and sellers, using Compass Real Estate’s advanced technology and metrics to support clients of all ages and price points. With a background as an Account Executive at Salesforce and Business Development Manager at the social media marketing and management platform, Tagboard, Alex brings insights and narratives from the millennial-driven tech industry into Real Estate. Motivated, driven, and fearless to challenge the status-quo, Alex is active and engaged in addressing all needs of his clients, both within the larger society and individually.

Personable and charismatic, Alex approaches each professional relationship with purpose and intention. He actively listens to each client’s specific desires, while anticipating and finding solutions to unforeseen scenarios. His knowledge of the industry and technology gives both home buyers and sellers the confidence they need to purchase the home of their dreams or make an important lifestyle change.

A native of the Seattle area, Alex is a graduate of the University of Washington. He lives on the Eastside with his Great Dane, Hamilton.
