Founder of leading boutique South Florida based Design and Development firm, Mocca Group (Mocca Construction / Mocca Realty), Pirez has yielded some of Miami’s most stunning and forward-looking residences, including homes in Miami’s most exclusive communities: Gables Estates, Ponce Davis, and Hammock Lakes. Additionally, Pirez is also behind some of Miami’s most notable and respected hospitality institutions – as the Miami partner for Major Food Group’s recently debuted restaurants and introduction into the Miami market, with Carbone Miami and ZZ’s Club. He is an investor in highly-acclaimed eateries Komodo and Swan/Bar Bevy. Pirez is also an owner and partner in Body & Soul Gym, the newly opened Goodtime Hotel, and Billionaire Boys Club, which is opening a new location this year in Wynwood that Pirez will be developing and Snarkitecture will be designing.
