Alex Pirleci

Originally from Romania, Alex has been a sports fanatic since he can remember, starting with boxing and kickboxing at a young age before discovering rugby when he was 12. His passion for the sport led Alex to play professional rugby in Romania with the Buzau Oaks for five years, ultimately winning the Senior’s National Division Championship.
Sports performance has always been important to Alex, who has worked as a personal trainer, strength and conditioning coach, and sports nutritionist for both professional athletes and the everyday gym warrior. His commitment to his own health and fitness has led Alex to help others live healthier, leaner, and more energetic lives.
