One work describes alex in the real estate world. BEAST!!!!! This is our second time buying and selling with alex and theres nothing but excellence in execution. He brings technical knowledge both in selling and buying homes. Our first home he sold in a week without an open house with a cash offer!!! Yes cash. Second home he sold for us recently he sold in three days!!!!! Yeah 3!!! No b.s were real clients have all the proof u need. even in buying for us he did above and beyond. In our new construction home he got us 20,000 in closing cost and rate buy down!!!! yeah this guy is a wonder. Want a real agent? Alex Prieto!!!!!
