After researching real estate agents in the Long Beach, NY, area, I chose Alex Rubin to market a property in Long Beach. I was thoroughly satisfied with his services and found him always readily available and quick to respond as needed. Indeed, because I was 500 miles away from the property, I had to contend with a number of issues involving its sale. Alex was attentive to every detail and managed selling the property in a timely, professional and responsive fashion. In short, I found him to be an agent of integrity and a person I could trust from afar. I do not typically award five stars when reviewing other professionals, even when their services are excellent. In the case of Alex Rubin, however, I am making an exception for an exceptional real estate agent. His excellent reputation for efficiency and honesty is well deserved. Accordingly, I recommend Alex Rubin enthusiastically and without qualification for a full range of real estate services.

After being transferred to New Jersey, we needed to sell our house in Long Beach. The commute was exceedingly difficult and nobody knew what the post Sandy effects on the real estate market might be.
Alex Rubin helped us maneuver through this tricky environment by using wonderful marketing, great negotiating skills and sound advice He was able to hold at bay potential buyers or realtors who made either outrageous demands or offers that did not meet market price.
In the end, we sold our house close to what we would have gotten in a PreSandy market. Other houses in our neighborhood sold for a much lower price.
We owe this all to Alex Rubin whose efforts, honesty and integrity sold our home through a very rough negotiation. We cannot thank him enough

Alex helped us locate and purchase our home in Lido Beach a little over a year ago. Right from the beginning we knew he was the right choice to take us on this journey. We discussed parameters for price, size of the home, and location from which Alex immediately was able to produce a large number of homes for us to view. He was extremely well organized and demonstrated an impeccable knowledge of the area and the houses there. When it came to negotiating; his expertise and negotiating skills made an often difficult process go smoothly. This was really helpful to us since we were selling and buying at the same time!!! Furthermore, we had fun working with Alex, he has a charismatic personality and is a nice guy!!! We would recommend Alex to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
