Alex was incredibly great to work with! We were first time buyers, living out of state, and only had one week in Ohio to look at houses. He sent us tons of listings ahead of that week and really prioritized the right houses for us packed into one whirlwind weekend. Even though we ended up only needed one day of showings, he was ready to meet with us everyday we were in town if needed (and this was right before a holiday). I thought it would be a lot more challenging considering the condition of the property, but he was able to prove me wrong and got it sold within just a couple of weeks. You want the best? Alex is the best! We had very specific requests and we looked at lots of houses I choose thinking it was what we needed. I found out quickly I didn’t know what I wanted especially in a new state that I was unfamiliar with. Alex however did know what we needed.

Alex was extremely patient, knowledgeable, honest, respectful, kind, honestly I can’t say enough about his great skills and attributes he brings to the table. Buying a home that would fit our needs wasn’t easy and we were frustrated after looking at so many homes only to be disappointed when we toured them.

Alex didn’t let us get down. He listened to our needs and put those first and foremost in his mind. Being disabled required a home that allowed me to install an elevator lift in. Every house we toured Alex always took my needs seriously and would analyze if the home was able to meet my requirements and that would make my home accessible for my special set of needs.

HONESTY!!! Alex has the buyers or sellers needs at the top of his list. He makes his clients feel heard and valued. It’s hard to find an agent that is honest and not just looking to make a fast buck! He was at all our important meetings. He always returned my calls immediately. If he didn’t know something he made it a priority to find out the information.

After getting to know Alex well through our buying process I now consider him a friend. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. He still keeps in touch to make sure everything is going well in our new home.

Before moving to Ohio I had a broker’s real estate license in Indiana for over 16 years so I know better than anyone how much his job entails and I have never encountered such a fantastic agent in all my years.
