Alex has been an absolute pleasure to work with - and it is apparent from the introductions call until the final call that he has your best interest in mind at all times. I really enjoyed how he took the time to sit down and talk through every single step of the home buying process and explain what could be expected in the form of fees, forms, and process. He also did a great job fact finding to identify what exactly I was looking for in a house and ensuring that I was looking at properties that were within my means. I ultimately did not end up buying a house through him as a change in life situation had me looking at houses outside of his primary area - even then his professionalism and helpfulness was unmatched - he provided me with contacts in the area I was looking with reputable brokers in that area. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone in the area.

I have never met a professional such as Alex.

Being thrust into having to sell our parent's home for them we did not know where to start to find a realtor. We've never sold a house before, only purchased - so this was a new world.

As we have never been let down by going to the restaurants and companies that have been chosen as winners in the Best of the Bay, we decided to apply that theory to a realtor. We were amazed at what we found!! Alex Young, the winner of the Best of the Bay was our choice and we soon found we would not be disappointed.

We did our due diligence with other realtors to see what was out there, but Alex blew them all out of the water. We called Alex in the afternoon and he scheduled a meeting for the next morning. Alex arrived promptly and came prepared with all the comparisons and data we needed to determine a selling price. Where others had to go back and sent the data at a later date.

During our meeting, you couldn't help but be impressed with Alex. This guy had it covered; he was professional, articulate, intelligent, energetic, and extremely, extremely knowledgeable and understanding in what we needed. We signed immediately with him and the action started. He had professional photos taken and the house was posted across all the sites just a couple of days later on a Thursday morning. By the end of the day, we had a full schedule of showings booked for the next two days and an open house the following day. We were notified electronically of every showing and provided feedback on every showing. we sold the house sold on the 4th day after listing and receiving multiple offers.
Alex’s team made closing a very easy process.

We remain in awe of Alex and he has become our realtor of choice for the rest of our lives.

As first time homebuyers, my husband and I had no idea where to begin! The entire process is a bit overwhelming, so I wanted to make sure I had the best of the best to help me along the way. I am a huge “review checker”, and put a lot of trust into positive reviews, recommendations, and success stories. After asking around to friends, family, and coworkers, I did some independent research and began to look into a realtor that would take good care of us as a young couple looking to purchase their starter home. I saw many excellent reviews for Alex Young, from a variety of individuals throughout the Green Bay area. One of my coworkers’ provided a fantastic recommendation for Alex, after their successful and smooth homebuying experience. I met with Alex first for an initial consult, and immediately knew he was the real deal! He was thorough, easy to talk to, and open to any and every question I may have had with any part of the process. From start to finish, Alex was available for any questions that I had, and was very easy to communicate with - 7 days a week!

After beginning the homebuying process, Alex was great at recommending mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other professional references he has personally worked with, with great success. When we began looking at homes, Alex worked with our work schedules, was very flexible, and always went above and beyond with everything he did for us. He was continually transparent, honest, and dependable! Being from Green Bay, Alex was incredibly knowledgeable about the different neighborhoods, homes, and smaller areas within the city. He took time to get to know everything about us, with the goal of finding us the perfect place for us to call home! He made exceptional suggestions, kept everything realistic, and always had open communication.

Alex made sure to be available for every house showing, walkthrough, inspection, and update as the process moved along. We really appreciate the time and consideration Alex put into our first home buying experience. We, as new buyers, had a lot of questions and unknowns but Alex was prepared for all of these. He took the time to make sure we understood the process and in the meantime listened carefully to what we were looking for in a home. Within a week, he found our just right place.
