Alexander Berniz is a resolute Realtor with more than fifteen years of experience in the industry. He thrives on helping his clients reach and exceed their real estate goals, being fluent in both English and Spanish enables strong communication with his clients before during, and even after their transaction closes. He graduated with an MBA in Real Estate and finance. This enables Alexander to work and provide educated guidance to each of his clients. His background is in both Residential and Commercial Real Estate. He has a degree in Finance and Accounting and is a licensed CPA.

Alexander is known in the industry for his resilient, knowledgeable, and trustworthy approach to making homeowners and sellers' dreams come true. He can help clients throughout North Jersey, with a focus on Morris and Essex Counties. When Alexander is not busy doing real estate, he volunteers for Habitat for Humanit. He also serves on the Project REAP selection committee for incoming participants. Project REAP’s mission is to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion in the commercial real estate industry through education, mentorship, and partnerships.
