Alexander Kappelman

Alex is originally from South Dakota but relocated to Maine in 2007 to join Maine Medical Center as a pharmacist, specializing in cancer care. His interest in real estate also started in 2007 when he purchased his first home in the Rosemont area of Portland, and his interest has turned to passion since 2014 when he purchased his first rental property. Alex continues to invest in real estate in Southern Maine and works with new and seasoned investors as well as homebuyers and homeowners to locate and sell properties. Alex utilizes his skills as a pharmacist--such as trust, compassion, and attention to detail--to help his clients in the home buying and selling process. He particularly enjoys helping people relocating to Maine find great properties like he was able to when he first moved here. He now lives in the North Deering neighborhood of Portland with his two children, Esther and George, and wife Sarah. In his spare time, he enjoys playing tennis, traveling, spending time with his family, and exploring the craft beer scene in Southern Maine.
