Alex is the Territory Manager for developer, The J Alexander Company. As a principal of Taos Planning and Consulting, he specializes in securing and expediting permits and entitlements in Northern New Mexico. He heads the architectural review committee for the two new Paseo Cañon-Weimer Este and Oeste subdivisions.

Mr. Schoenfeld moved to Taos in 2008 following his studies at Northern Arizona University and the University of Oregon. An avid outdoorsman, Alex enjoys all that Taos and surrounds have to offer from fishing, hunting, mountain biking and winter sports. Alex’s spare time is devoted to his family and his art work.

He aims to keep Taos a special place through well thought-out, responsible planning while filling the local market’s housing demands.
