It was great working with Alex. His enthusiasm & positive attitude is a definite plus. Alex always addressed our concerns and kept us informed about what was happening. He also helped us with the purchasing a new home. He coordinated with the homebuilder to make sure the home was on schedule & things were being done. Alex is a definite asset if you are selling or buying a home.

We are from Texas and we were trying to find land up in the Pueblo, Walsenburg, Westcliffe, etc. areas. After receiving no call backs we reached out to Alex a few days before we were set to get up there, and in the same day he had multiple listings for us to go through and then when we got up there he showed us all the properties and asked if anymore were of interest. When we did find the property we wanted he made it happen very quickly and stayed on the Title company to get us to closing as soon as possible. It was probably the best experience I have had working with a realtor.
