Alexandra Mouzas

Alexandra Mouzas’ calling card reads “Realtor” Make Carmel Your Next Adventure, and her artistic temperament, dedication, drive, and sense of community cannot be denied. Alexandra a native Californian, having studied marketing and interior design and today is a successful independent businesswoman with several honors for sales achievements in real estate. Early in her career, working for fortune 100’s; Lanier Business Products, Texas Instruments, Mattel Electronics, and Pacific Care of California until a beloved cousin and mentor, himself a successful realtor and principle of San Diego’s largest property management firm, encouraged Alexandra to leave the weekly paycheck world to become an independent contractor and Realtor Associate.

Since 1987 Alexandra has served many clients and gained considerable experience in areas of residential, residential investment, Short Sales, REO’s, and 1031 Exchange real estate sales. Her primary focus is protecting the individual rights of clients, honorably and honestly, helping to build the client’s real estate knowledge and her own professional skills through continuing college education and licensing requirements. It is her utmost duty to serve the community whilst observing the Realtor’s Code of Ethics. With a marketing background, she fully understands the importance of comprehensive individual marketing plans based upon each unique real estate property (residential or investment) amenity. During the decision-making and negotiation process, she is there to guide and counsel for the highest and best result for you!

She has formerly been a member of the San Diego board of realtors and is currently a member of the Monterey County Association of Realtors. Alexandra has received the following distinctions: Million Dollar Club, Multi-Million Dollar Club, Salesperson of the Month, Century 21 Top Producers, Century 21 Top Producers Retreat, Master’s Program Ruby Level, APR Distressed Properties, Monterey Peninsula Specialist, and Top Producer APR.

Alexandra has served as Chair for the following events and charitable fundraisers; Salvation Army Women of Dedication, Avant-Garde, National Folk Dance Festival, SD Zoo Kicks for Critters, EnVogue 2007 thru 2012, Remembering the Journey 75th Diamond Jubilee Anniversary Anthousa Chapter of Philoptochos, served as Artistic Director of 75 Years of Fashion, Celebrating Orthodoxy-A Cultural Odyssey, and has served as a member of the following Board of Directors: Hellenic Cultural Society, Philoptochos Society of San Diego and Carmel by the Sea, Folk Dance Council, Parish Council, Child Help, and Project Wildlife. Today Alexandra is a member of the Carmel Bach Festival Gala Committee and volunteers her heart and time to the Community Programs for Youth, Monterey Peninsula Foundation, St. John the Baptist Church, Philoptochos (Friends of the poor).
