As a realtor, wife, mother, yogini, recovering chef, photographer, deep sea rescue diver, aspiring Formula One race car driver and semiprofessional taco eater, she is enthusiastic about all that she does. She grew up in the beautiful Bay Area, attending Piedmont schools and later graduating from the U Of O, before attending the CCA, Le Cordon Bleu, which had always been a dream of mine, not unlike many people who like to eat. A lot!
She think of myself as a matchmaker for people and houses, so it should come as no surprise that she loves what she does. She grew up in a fifth generation California real estate family, trained by Jerilynn Babington, who was a top 1% broker in the Bay Area year after year, and previously the agent to such stars as, “The Jackson Five” and “Bruce Lee”. Jerilynn is also his mother, his mentor and later she was her partner at Coldwell Banker, where she began her career as an assistant in her late teens, before getting licensed and going out on her own. Jerilynn was also known as one of the first people to offer staging, and was featured on “Good Morning America,” guaranteeing their sellers got top dollar every time. They later formed their own staging business, “Market Ready Staging,” so she can speak firsthand to the tremendous value that it brings to the home selling (and buying) process. Her deep rooted legacy is automatically passed down to her clients, but she is also relentlessly engaging to keep abreast of all the latest trends and nuances in the wide and ever changing, complex world of real estate, especially in the plethora of micro climates that the Bay Area market has.
She has lived both abroad and traveled extensively, giving her a unique understand and appreciation of cultural differences, which has greatly benefited her in negotiations on many of her successful transactions. She continues to have a wealth of invaluable resources to offer clients before buying or selling a home and have an impressive roster of vetted professionals who she like to call her “secret sauce.” The very nature of business is that sometimes problems arise, and that is why you need a savvy professional who knows the ropes and can navigate the process, anticipate problems before they arise, and help you achieve success, even when under pressure. She value trust and loyalty above all else, and she continually strive to build and maintain good relationships with the real estate community as well.
Her dream is to buy a hobby farm someday, her phobia is snakes, and her desired superpower is to be in two places at once, (maybe so she can help twice as many people!). She currently lives in the Berkeley hills with her husband and daughter, in the very home where she was born. She now leaves the cooking to the professionals, especially when hosting a party for one of her beloved home buyers or sellers. She looks forward to hopefully getting to know you!
