Alexis Kalmus

Alexis is a Morris County native, passionate about serving her community. She has an extensive knowledge of the area and local market trends which allows her to provide a high level of service to her clients. Since 2021, Alexis has closed over $11M in sales and has successfully marketed over 165 properties.

She comes from a background in hospitality management and customer service, and brings over 8 years of experience in client facing roles to the table prior to her successful real estate career. Alexis graduated from The University of South Carolina with a degree in Hospitality Management- Go Gamecocks! Throughout her time in the hospitality industry and her numerous service roles, Alexis has found her calling in creating the best possible experience for those she is providing services to. She has taken that passion and the countless relationships she has built through her time in the hospitality industry and applied it to helping people make their largest and most important investment an easy and enjoyable experience.

During her time at University of South Carolina, she took an interest in golf tournaments and later found herself working The Masters (3 years straight) and the 2017 PGA Championship. Alexis also had the opportunity and pleasure of working at the happiest place on earth- Walt Disney World! These experiences proved invaluable and have a huge impact on the level of service and friendship Alexis provides to everyone she meets and works with. When she’s not working, you can find her eating at local restaurants, scoping out live music, or playing with her pets.
