Ali is a great communicator and understands the industry very well. I have worked with other realtors in purchasing and selling homes prior to being introduced to him by my lender, and I am very pleased to say he stands out above the rest. He is committed to working for you and is prompt in getting you all the answers you need. I lost count with how many homes we looked at, because I was unsure of what kind of an investment home I was looking for in the beginning. He never ran out of patience and happily continued the home search with me. Executing a 1031 exchange was probably the most intense process that I have experienced in handling investment properties and Ali helped keep things calm and moving forward.

Ali is an AMAZING real estate agent. I had been in contact with Ali for months before actually pulling the trigger to sell my home. He was never pushy to start the process. Once we were ready he was full speed ahead to get us on track to get our property sold and ALWAYS kept our best interest in mind. Between hundreds of calls, texts, and questions Ali kindly and patiently answered EVERY single one and never made me feel dumb, even if I forgot something asked the same question twice. Ali gave us guidance to make our house seller ready and gave us a resource to have incredible professional photographs of our home. They were stunning! Our home sold after the first weekend of viewings and above asking price!

That’s just the selling half of it. When it came to helping us buy a home Ali was incredibly patient and persistent. We aggressively hunted for 4 weeks seeing homes back to back to back. Getting bids rejected left and right. We got discouraged, but he didn’t and kept us going strong. We finally found our perfect home and jumped on it. We ended up buying a home in a new build community, which Ali suggested early on and we originally rejected the idea of it. So he was right all along and never said, ‘I told you so’. LOL!

Home selling and buying is stressful, especially if doing both at the same time like us, but Ali made the process go as smoothly as possible and made it fun along the way! I honestly can’t say enough great things about him! He’s kind, patient, caring, aggressive in the market, and above all else is only happy if his client is happy. He’s a sweetheart and a beast at the same time while being incredibly talented in his field. He CARES about us and helped us achieve our goals. Thanks Ali!!!

Ali is one of the best real estate agents you can possibly have. He is fun cool outgoing and understands everything you are looking for for a perfect home! He helped me and my boyfriend find our dream home and I couldn’t have done it without him! He asks you questions to get to know you better and for him to do all the research! We are so happy to have met Ali. He introduced us to many home buying options and he educated us along the way. As first time home shoppers, we were unsure where to start, what questions to ask, and the general process of home buying. Ali was very responsive and willing to educate us even though we weren’t yet committed to buying a home. Ali has been a super star realtor from start to finish. I was so worried at the beginning of this process because I had so many questions. Ali was available whenever I called or texted him, night or day, even on weekends which I truly appreciated.

He was also able to assist me in getting the best rate for my loan— it was very helpful to have Ali manage my loan, as well as be my realtor. Ali is a fantastic realtor, and an even better person! He has been a pleasure to work with. When it came to selling my house, I was really stressed and anxious because I knew how time consuming and difficult the process could be. I was wrong. Ali took all of the stress out of the whole process and actually made it fun! He made me really excited about it and was optimistic about the end result, which was making as much money as possible! Ali will go out of his way to make sure you are completely satisfied. He is very smart when it comes to his field. There were plenty of different forms that I had to sign, some of which made no sense to me. But he took the time to explain everything to me in detail, and made sure that I understood everything in the end. I'm sure I wasn't the easiest client, but to my surprise, Ali went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. A few examples; he held several open houses (more than he needed to), printed plenty of collateral (Ali designed plenty of different flyers with my home on it!), and posted my home on all of his social media outlets several times until we got an offer that I could not refuse. Overall, I have nothing but good things to say about him. If you need a realtor to help sell your home or help find you the perfect one, Ali is the way to go!

Ali was a tremendous help in getting us into our home.

As first time home buyers it was incredibly intimidating navigating through the process. Ali was with us every step of the way guiding us through what things to look out for and what steps we needed to take. He learned more about our preferences as we viewed homes (20+ in all) and kept providing better and better listings for us to view. He was also flexible in his schedule to take us to homes, as we would sometimes need to go late evenings on weekdays.

Overall the home buying process was made better by having Ali on our side and coaching us in negotiating. I can confidently recommend him for anyone interested in looking to buying or selling a home!
