I am writing this review to highlight the experience my wife and I had with Ali Haghgoo and his teammate, Tanisha Thomas. Overall, our experience was positive, uplifting, and awesome. Ali and Tanisha made the process very easy, faithfully representing us, and guiding us from start to finish. This process was a masterclass to us. During the process, we learned valuable lessons about commercial real estate versus residential properties, and particularly about acquiring a commercial property to be used as a house of worship. There are things that one must think about carefully like closing dates, doing due diligence, as the process can be lengthy and tricky. Thank God we had the Haghgoo team with us, and it helped to work with people who know what they are doing. Their experience and expertise came through for us. At the end, we were able to purchase a commercial property for our church, and Ali and Tanisha helped us get to the finish line. They shared documents electronically, which was great to sign in this way. They also suggested a wonderful title company. Tanisha even showed up at closing and when we got the keys and opened the property for the first time as owners. Wow! What an amazingly beautiful gesture that was. For these reasons, I highly recommend Ali and Tanisha to anyone looking to buy a property for a church, a business, or a place of residence. Hey pastors, don't hesitate to work with the Haghgoo team. They are not just great at what they do, they also care about their clients and treat them with respect and empathy. In our opinion, this team exhibited a higher degree of professionalism unmatched in the real estate industry. What else can we say? They are just great and wonderful people. We would use them again in the future, and would recommend them to our children, family, friends, and church partners.

My first interaction with Tanisha Thomas of eXp Realty was a returned phone call, while I was in Costco...we chatted for 45 minutes or so, and I knew I wanted her to help find our new home - at the time I was looking for a rental, but the market for rentals is ridiculous and there are so many hoops you have to jump through for someone to allow you to give them your money..lol. So began our hunt for my forever home, there were a few disappointments and I almost decided to just wait and look for a rental, but Tanisha never lost Faith, never let me give up on my dream or myself. She is an exceptional human being and if you get a chance to work with her, count yourself truly Blessed, because she will find you your forever home just like she found mine. She and the team at eXp Realty really have your best interests at heart and want to make it happen for you.

Pros:
From the start, Ali’s team stood out because they weren’t just trying to sell us a house—they genuinely wanted to help us find the right home for our family. They asked insightful questions, took the time to understand our needs, and never pressured us into a decision. Ali was always available, no matter the time—whether late at night or on a Sunday morning. His dedication and constant accessibility made us feel valued and cared for throughout the entire process. It’s clear that Ali’s team is about much more than just closing deals—they’re about building relationships and trust.

A good realtor, by our standards, excels in personalized attention, and Ali Haghgoo and his team truly delivered. From the start, they took the time to understand our specific needs and preferences, showing us homes that perfectly aligned with our goals. Their deep market insight was invaluable—they knew the best neighborhoods, pricing trends, and even which schools would fit our family’s needs.

When it came to negotiation, Ali’s team was outstanding. They fought to get us the best possible deal, ensuring we didn’t overpay and that the terms were in our favor. The team also made the overwhelming task of managing paperwork a breeze, handling all the legal details smoothly and efficiently, so we never had to worry about missing a deadline or signing the wrong document.

Ali’s team also took care of inspections and appraisals, making sure the home was in excellent condition and priced fairly, all while using their strong network of trusted professionals—from inspectors to lenders. Their connections meant we had the best resources available throughout the process.

Most importantly, they maintained clear communication at all times. Cons:
Honestly, the only downside of working with Ali and his team is that they’ve set the bar so high, it’s hard to imagine working with any other agent in the future. If anyone we know is looking to buy or sell, there’s no doubt we’ll recommend the Haghgoo team.

I was recommended the Haghgoo team from a friend who had recently used them. My realtor was Abbas, and I cannot recommend him/the firm enough.
We jumped into the market at a turbulent time to say the least, and Abbas always managed to get us same-day showings and offers submitted within the day as well.
Did a great job lobbying for us on any potential issues without jeopardizing any deals.
Friendly and communicative, easy to reach as well which is important when the market is moving as fast as it is.
In summary - Would recommend to anyone in the area looking for a realtor! Thank you Abbas, and thank you to the Haghgoo team. Feels great to be out of apartment living finally.
